Returns & Refunds

Your order matters to us. If an item does not match what you ordered because of an EverHonor error, please contact support@everhonor.store within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.

What our returns policy covers

Eligible returns, refunds and exchanges cover items that differ from your order because of our mistake, including:

The wrong item or printed design.

A printing error, including incorrect personalization caused by us.

A color or sizing error caused by us.

Our voluntary returns policy does not cover a change of mind or simply deciding that you do not like an item that matches your order. Please check the product details, size guide and personalization before purchasing.

How to request help

Email support@everhonor.store within 30 days of receiving your item and include:

Your order number or proof of purchase.

A short description of the issue.

Clear photos showing the item and the reported problem.

For sizing concerns, we may ask for photos showing the item’s length, chest, sleeve or shoulder measurements, as relevant. We may also request a video or additional information to assess the issue. We need the requested evidence to complete our review.

Before returning an item

Please contact us for approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.

The return warehouse may differ from the address shown elsewhere on our website or parcel. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer or another address without our confirmation.

For a return under this policy, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Damage or missing parts caused by reasons unrelated to our error are not covered by our voluntary returns policy.

Returns sent without approval or to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund under this policy. Refusing delivery does not qualify an order for a refund under this policy.

Refunds and exchanges

We will review your request for an eligible return, refund or exchange and email you the outcome. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Partial refunds may apply in certain circumstances. The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

If an approved refund has not appeared, check your account and contact your bank or payment provider. If you still need help, email support@everhonor.store.

Cancellations and order changes

You may cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours of placing it. Email support@everhonor.store with your order details and cancellation request within that window.

To change your order to another item of the same price, contact us with the details of the change. These changes can be made only before production begins.

Gift returns

If an eligible item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the approved return once we receive the item.

If it was not marked as a gift, or the purchaser had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the approved refund will go to the original purchaser.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. Where the law provides additional rights, different deadlines or other remedies, those protections continue to apply.
